SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. If your location is outside our shipping zone, please contact our customer service team before placing an order to check availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and display correctly on the logistics platform.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We take great care in packing your items, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost or shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
