These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to principles of conflicts of law, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
